NOTE: All Home Visits("Drop-Ins") are based on the time required to complete each visit(NOT the number of pets!) AND the distance from my home base in Lee, Massachusetts as determined by Google Maps.
All visits are done during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
NOTE: There is an additional fee for visits that are done outside of normal business hours, on holidays, and on weekends.

ALL service periods require payment in full NO LATER THAN THE FIRST SCHEDULED VISIT.
There will be NO REFUNDS for last minute changes in plans, early returns, or any other scheduling mistakes.
A SERVICE CREDIT may be issued as a courtesy under extenuating circumstances but must be used within 30 days or forfeited.
PLEASE check your confirmation/invoice and notify me of any errors or changes BEFORE THE SERVICE BEGINS!
The confirmation/invoice serves as notification that the service has been booked as indicated and that you accept/confirm as it is.

As with all professional services, tips are never required, but they are always greatly appreciated.
Our greatest reward is knowing that you’re happy with the care and service we provide—if you’re happy, we’re happy too!
IMPORTANT NOTE: For sanitary reasons, we will remove all waste/clean-up materials at departure for EVERY VISIT.
Empty food containers, dirty paper towels, and all other waste materials can cause odors and attract pests(ants, flies, mice, etc.).
This does NOT include your regular household trash items!
Immediate Service Area(<15 minutes)
In general, this includes Lee, Lenox Dale, Lenox, Stockbridge, some parts of Tyringham, and some parts of Becket as determined by Google Maps. Standard visit is up to 30 minutes. TRAVEL TIME is included at no additional cost.

There is an additional fee of $10/15 minutes for visits that exceed the 30 minutes allotted for a standard pet sitting visit.
